Announcing New Floorplans in Indy!

We have exciting news for those people in Indianapolis looking to build with us in 2013- we’ve added three new floorplans for you to choose from! At M/I Homes, we listen to our customers and we know that people like variety! As a result, we’ve add three new floorplans to give customers and even larger assortment of beautiful homes to meet anyone’s needs. Without further ado… here’s more on the floorplans!

The Cooke

This attractive two-story is priced starting at $176,990 and is around 2,600 square feet. It’s available in three different elevation options making each Cooke home unique. With 4-6 bedrooms and 2-4 full baths, this home is perfect for growing families!

Welcome to our M/I Homes Indianapolis Blog!

We have a lot going on at M/I Homes Indianapolis! We were recently named the 19th largest homebuilder in the country (we’re very excited about that!) and we’ve been busy opening up new models in neighborhoods across central Indiana. Already we’re active on Twitter and Facebook, but we wanted to find yet another way to connect to our happy homeowners, future homeowners and people who are interested in the home building and the buying process.

In case you’re unfamiliar with us, here’s a bit about the company. M/I Homes has provided beautiful new homes for nearly 85,000 families across the country. In central Indiana, we have homes in more than 2 dozen different neighborhoods! We’re also able to build our floor plans on your home site!
